Prayer
I need prayer. I have been going thru the valley lately and things in my past life are starting to be attractive to me again. Idolatry is a bummer. I really want to serve my Lord and love Him, I don't know what is going on though. I know one thing when this happened to me before I didn't say anything and fell away. I don't want this to happen again PLEASE PRAY for me, pray that I will not be overcome by pride in not confessing my needs and if you don't mind tell me that you did pray and will pray. I know that will be an encouragement to me and I need it.

Kris, I have prayed for you and know very well how you feel. I think we all go through these times of darkness. You have done right by confessing the darkness you are going through. It would be good if you had one or two Christian brothers you can really bear your soul with on a regular basis. See my blog entitled (good friends) for how this can affect your life. If you want to share with someone who will not judge you that is essentually a stranger I will be glad to listen. You know how to get hold of me Via email or my blog sight.

Sometimes God gives us these trials to test our faith:
James 1:2-4
2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
May God give you the strength and the patience to endure this and reward you with His many blessings!

I just found this site, & I have prayed for you. I know God is eternal & is not subject to time restraints like we are, so I know He applied my prayer to you when you needed it. I can so much relate to you, brother. Been there, done that...in fact, still there potentially if not actually, & still doing it. So thankful for brothers & sisters in Christ that really care for one another. God Bless.
